Q. Are Royal In Rich products 100% Ayurvedic?
Yes. All of our products are formulated using traditional Ayurvedic ingredients and natural herbal extracts, free from harsh chemicals.
Q. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available across serviceable pin codes in India. A small COD handling fee applies, see our Shipping policy for details.
Q. How long does delivery take?
Typically 3-7 working days depending on your location. Remote areas may take 7-10 working days.
Q. Can I return a product if I simply don't like it?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and the seal is intact. Due to the personal-care nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Q. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Contact us within 48 hours at support@royalinrich.shop with photos or an unboxing video. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Q. Are your products safe for daily use?
Yes, our products are dermatologically tested and formulated for regular use. If you have specific skin conditions, allergies, or are pregnant/breastfeeding, please consult a doctor before use.
