Cancellation and Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Royal In Rich purchase. This policy outlines how order cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of being placed, or before the order has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.
  • To cancel, contact us at support@royalinrich.shop with your order ID, or use the cancellation option in "My Account" if available.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery instead.

2. Returns

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with the seal intact.
  • For skincare products, oils, and supplements, the safety seal/cap must not be broken or tampered with for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • The original invoice or order confirmation must be available.
  • The return request must be be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@royalinrich.shop with the following:

  • Your order ID.
  • An unboxing video (preferred) or clear photographs of the product and packaging.
  • A brief description of the issue.

4. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been used, opened, or the safety seal is broken.
  • The return request is raised after 7 days from delivery.
  • The product is returned without the original packaging, invoice, or accessories.
  • The return is due to a change of mind after the product has been opened or used.

5. Refunds

  • Prepaid orders (UPI, card, net banking): Refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunded via NEFT bank transfer.

6. Order Cancellation by Royal In Rich

  • The product ordered is out of stock or unavailable.
  • Incomplete or incorrect information was provided during checkout.
  • The delivery address falls outside our serviceable areas.
  • Suspected fraudulent or duplicate orders.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, failure to respond to a confirmation call or message.
