1. Shipping and Delivery Policy

Royal In Rich aims to process and dispatch every order as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains our order processing, delivery timelines, shipping charges, and other related terms for purchases made through royalinrich.shop.

1.1 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • You will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS once your order has been placed successfully.
  • A separate dispatch notification containing your tracking details will be sent once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

1.2 Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune): 3–5 working days.
  • Rest of India: 5–7 working days.
  • Remote or Hard-to-Reach Locations: 7–10 working days.
  • The above timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or high-demand periods such as festive seasons and sale events.
  • In case of any significant delay, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

1.3 Delivery Charges

  • Orders above ₹1,000: Free Delivery.
  • Orders below ₹1,000: Flat shipping charge of ₹60.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional ₹30 COD handling fee applies.

1.4 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS.
  • You can also track your order through the Order Tracking page on royalinrich.shop using your Order ID and registered mobile number.

1.5 Delivery Address & Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address along with a valid contact number at checkout.
  • Royal In Rich and its courier partners are not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

1.6 Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will generally attempt delivery up to two times.
  • If delivery cannot be completed after two attempts (for example, if the recipient is unavailable or unreachable), the order may be returned to our warehouse.
  • Customers may request re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund, subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

1.7 Serviceability

  • We strive to deliver across India; however, certain remote PIN codes may not be serviceable by our courier partners.
  • If your location is not serviceable, you will be informed at checkout or shortly after placing your order.
  • For prepaid orders, a full refund will be processed if delivery is not possible due to serviceability limitations.
